Shipping:

SHIPPING TIMES MAY BE DELAYED DUE TO COVID-19

Shipping is calculated at checkout. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing. We currently ship Domestically and Internationally via USPS.

We inspect all orders upon packaging to ensure the best quality. We are not liable for shipping delays, lost, held, or damaged packages via USPS. If you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at imisabellemonica@gmail.com. If we have not been contacted with the correct address before your order has been shipped, items will be sent to the address on file. To avoid conflict, please be sure that all shipping information is correct before placing an order, as we are unable to retrieve packages after they have been shipped. We do not ship on Holidays.

Note: If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered, however you have not received it, please contact United States Postal Service as it is now out of our hands.

Local Delivery

We currently offer local delivery within some areas of San Diego, CA. For a $10 fee we will deliver your order directly to you. Your location must be within 10 Miles of 92108. Within 24 hours of placing your order, we will reach out to you, so that we can arrange the most convenient time for delivery.

Refunds and Returns:

All Sales are FINAL.

If an item appears to be damaged, please email us at imisabellemonica@gmail.com, within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will evaluate the issue and you may be eligible to receive store credit, partial credit, or an exchange. 

Please note: Products must NOT show any signs of being worn/used to be considered for any exchange.

Incorrect, or Missing Items:

We take responsibility for any wrong or missing items. If you have received an order which includes wrong or missing items, please email us at imisabellemonica@gmail.com. Please include your name, order number, a screenshot of your order summary, and proof of what items were incorrect or missing.
